Where to start ... I first met Con when my partner and I were looking to buy in the area - we were both very impressed with the way he presented the property and took time to chat with us about what was around the area etc at this point we weren't looking to sell our property in a rush, however I met with Con and we discussed all the different options etc. He was concise and straight to the point and didn't fluff up the current market an evaluation in property price like a few I had sat down with previously to get an appraisal etc - he completely threw me off guard as he didn't fit the generalization of the typical real estate agent and the few that I had come across.
I signed with him and I haven't been happier - he has kept me up to date with everything and we spoke at least twice a week about how the marketing was going and feedback from open homes etc - long story short he sold my property for a price which I am extremely happy with which was well above the areas recent sales and his service was amazing as well as his advice. I know for sure I was not the easiest client to deal with but he handled every curve ball like a professional.
I have already recommend him and your agency to a few friends I know are looking at selling.
Again, I just want to reiterate how pleased I am at the result and how good Con's service is and now that the process is finalised today I feel like I have lost a friend!. Please feel free to use me as a reference should you need anytime.

What I really appreciated was Con Zarocostas and his team’s attention to detail, his frequent communication with me both before the contract was signed and after, right up until settlement. He went "over and above" to ensure our sale went through.
I would go with PRD Real Estate Kingsgrove again if the need arose as I found them to be such a professional company that still managed to remember the little things that are so important when you decide to sell a home you have lived in for over 30 years and also try to purchase a new home at the same time.
Con also understood what and emotional time it was for the whole family as the house had been in the family for over 55 years and my husband and our children had all grown up in it.

Our home sold within 11 days for the exact price we were looking for. Unfortunately there were a few glitches with our council that delayed settlement considerable but Con managed to support all involved to ensure that the sale proceeded in everyone’s best interests and that our purchaser was happy and still prepared to wait until we were ready to settle.
